Under System Information: I view "Can't Collect System Information"

Under System Information: I view "Can't Collect
Information".
I used to be able to view this site.
Is there something I can do?

I clicked run and typed Msinfo32, but I still view:
"Can't Collect Information". In addition, I view cannot
access Windows Management Instrumentation software.
Windows Management files may be moved or missing.
