No System Information

When I go to System Information, all I get is the
message "Can't Collect Information," followed with the
remark that Windows cannot access the Windows Management
Instrumentation Software. I've reinstalled Windows once
now to correct the problem, and still get the same
thing. Anyone had this problem and fixed it?

"Can't collect information Access denied to Windows Management
Instrumentation server on this computer. Have an administrator change your
access permissions."
