Undelivered emails

I have never had any trouble sending emails to my daughter-in-law until now.
For some reason they are returned to me with a message from
(e-mail address removed) which says,

"<t****.d***@.co.uk>: host mail.j***e****.co.uk[**.***.***.***] said: 550
5.7.0 Your server IP address is in the SORBS DNSBL database, bye (in reply
to RCPT TO command)

Please can anyone explain what this means and how do I go about clearing
this. I have looked on the Sorbs website but as I am not computer literate,
it's as clear as mud.

Have you queried your mail provider's support folks? They may be able
to interpret the error, and suggest a remedy.

SORBS DNSBL is explained here: http://www.us.sorbs.net/faq/
Basically, it is blacklist of computers that have recently sent spam.
If you know your mail server's IP address, you can check to see if
it is on a spam blacklist here:
http://www.mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx?AG=GBL&gclid=CJL5n-2xrIwCFRtzhgodnDhCKQ

If your sending is blocked because of a spam blacklist, it will
typically clear up in less than 24 hours. If you need to send urgently,
use web mail, or get a Gmail account and send with it.
