Undeliverable Emails

Greetings,

I'm not sure if this is the correct newsgroup for this question or not. If
not, feel free to direct me to the appropriate newsgroup.

At any rate, I am receiving the following error message when attempting to
email several files to external email addresses (using CDO):

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: Turning Point Daily Reports - 1/25/2007
Sent: 1/26/2007 7:01 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

(e-mail address removed) on 1/28/2007 10:44 AM
Could not deliver the message in the time limit specified. Please retry or
contact your administrator.
<Empire110.eclt.corp #4.4.7>

This seems to have occurred shortly after our office moved to a new
building. I have yet to determine what the issue is as I have changed none
of my code. The email messages are reaching my work email address fine.
However, any email address outside of our firewall doesn't receive these
emails. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

I just had the exactly same problem. Did you find out what was the problem
and how to fix it? Thanks. Norman Markel

I actually forwarded my issue to one of our network guys and he eventually
resolved the problem. I'm not sure exactly what resolved the issue, since he
tried several things before the issue went away. Good luck.

I'm not sure if you ever resolved your issue or not, but one of the things my
network administrator said he did was configure Exchange so that it allowed
my computer to relay emails. Hope this helps.
