Undeliverable Email Messages

T

Tom

I recieve the same message on everyone of my emails that I
want to send and this attached is just one example. I am
using Windows XP with Office XP. I have two computers and
cannot send email on either one. I have repaired and
reinstalled Outlook. I also have deleted and reset the
mail setings with no luck. The only message I get out is
the test message.
Thanks for your help.

You need to set up authentication - the relaying denied is the ISPs way of
saying, "use my mail server or authenticate to the one that you want to
use" - look under your Account Properties on the Server tab.

You can also check with your ISP to see if authentication is set and what
the correct entries are.
