Mail is undeliverable. System Administrator message in inbox

I get the undergiven message many times when i sent the mail. What does it
mean and how can i solve this problem?

Subject: Subsciption
Sent: 14-07-2007 15:38

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'(e-mail address removed)' on 14-07-2007 15:38
550 5.7.1 <[email protected]>... Relaying denied. IP name

How can you solve it? Talk to the person who maintains your SMTP server.
What does it mean? The SMTP server that handles mail for mmp.in is looking
at the ip address of the machine talking to it and checking to see if that
ip address has a fully qualified domain name attached to it, which it
doesn't appear to, so is assuming it is spam.
