undeliverable e-mail returning over & over

I sent an E-mail over a week ago. I know they recieved, because I have spoke to them, but now It is coming back as undeliverable over & over again. So far over 500 times. Everytime a hit send/recieve button it appears over & over until I close out of outlook.
How do I make It stop??? Does It mean I have a virus on my computer????

What does the non-delivery report (NDR) say is the reason?
Does It mean I have a virus on my computer?????

Highly unlikely.
