Running on W2k (updated with Sp4) (without enabling 48bit) i was able to
partition and format my whole 160gb samsung HD (C:20gb D:116GB E:22gb) .
After a week i decided to move some files from D to E until Windows ask me to
check out partition C with CHKDSK. I asume you know why.
C was unable to boot (dont care as no real data), but i am unable to get the
data i moved (logical to E - phisicaly to C).
With Software like Restore2000 or Stellar Phoenix i was able to get all data
from D (deleted and normal) as the mbr and the fat of D was destroyed, but i
could not restore the moved data. Is there a software able to do this. Like
i say , i was able to recover all data from D, also recently deleted files?

I recommend that you use DataRecoveryWizard to recover your data.
The software provides very useful functions for data recovery:
DeleteRecovery, FormatRecovery, AdvancedRecovery, RawRecovery.

This program is an efficient disk recovery software providing
you a complete answer to data loss.

First thing I recommend you download the demo version of
DataRecoveryWizard. (http://www.easeus.com/download.htm)

Run the program and select the recovery mode "DeletedRecovery",
or "FormatRecovery", or "AdvancedRecovery".
