"Undeletable file"

Has anyone found an undeletable file in Vista mail? I've got instructions
as to how to delete it but you need to open the directory with the message
in and I don't know where Mail is kept. If anyone knows a simple way please
tell me, if anyone else is suffering the same problem I can send them the
instructions provided they know where Mail is kept otherwise the whole thing
falls to bits.

You need to go into your Web Mail under your server name. Than you need to
imput your username and password. This will let you into the "Mail" system.
From there you will have to follow the instructions, which are several steps
to delete an E-mail.
