Unblocking POP 3 mail in XP

I have worked with outlook express for 15 years without complaint or
bother. I recently purchased Windows XP and NOW MY EMAILS ARE BLOCKED.
Can Anyone help me to unblock outlook express.OR how to uninstall this
parasite thgat has taken over my PC. Thanks David

What do you mean by "blocked"? What are you seeing?
