Unblocking Attachments in Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003

We are running Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003 and would like to change which
files types (i.e. MDB) are automatically blocked by Outlook/Exchange. At one
time I read a KB article that said this configuration change is made to
Exchange and not to Outlook when an Exchange server is involved. Can anyone
point me to a KB article that explains how to do this or post instructions?
