Unblocking address

Mistakenly added a friend to my junk list, how do I remove her address?
 
Which version of Outlook are you using? If you're using a version less than
2003 check the Junk Senders.TXT or Adult Senders.TXT files for the address.
If you're using OL2003 check the Junk Mail dialog for the address.
