Unauthorized tollbar - HELP!?

I somehow have a new, "Isearch" toolbar on my explorer.
I have no idea how it got there, and more importantly,
how to remove it. It has locked, (greyed), out all the
options in "view/toolbars"
Help?!

Ad-aware 6 from http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/ will remove this.
Note: Ad-aware should always be updated after installation- before use.
