unauthorized sent email

unbeknownst to me, my computer is sending out an email with attachments.
Luckily mailerdeamon sent it back or I wouldn't have known about it at all.
How do I get this to stop?

Is their a copy of the sent mail in your Sent Items folder?
Go to Tools>Options>send tab, ensure that 'warn if an application tries to
send mail as me' is selected.

More likely that some 'Bot' is using your email address to send out spam.

Get back?
