Unattended XP pro. Upgrade

Does anyone know how to do an unattended upgrade from
Windows 2000 to Windows XP Pro. I have several Windows
2000 workstation that need to be upgraded to Windows XP
and I would like to be able to upgrade them without have
to enter in any information.
