Unattended Installation Question

I'm wanting to make an Unattended Installation that will create 2 partitions
1 named system that is 10 Gigs and 2nd named Data with the rest on the hard
drive space. On the Data partition I will have folders that will have
premissions set. I also need to set up user names and passwords and then into
groups, and also set up Local Security Policy's . Can this all be done in
the Windows Setup Manager or somewhere else?

Sorry, not supported. You will have to create the partitions in
advance and then configure unattend.txt not to repartition the drives
