Unable to Windows Update after RRAS

Hello
I'm unable to use the windows update site, after configuring the RRAS Server
on my Windows 2003 Server. Even if i stop the RAS service, that did not
work. Any solutions ?
(0x800B0004) is the Error number i got. but i could not manage to solve
this.
