Unable to view webcams

I have the windows firewall enabled by default, and have manually set
camfrog to run with all permissions, by right clicking and choosing
"run as" however I notice I cannot view any cam under my NAT/firewall
I receive this msg:
"Camfrog is unable to connect multimedia streams to the room. Please
check your firewall/antivirus software or visit Camfrog FAQ page"

I have manually tried setting tcp as 15000 and 6005 for a "camfrog"
service, as well as udp for the above under windows firewall advance
settings, but it makes no difference, is this a known issue how can it
be resolved?

Try disabling the Windows Firewall temporarily to see if that fixes the
problem. If it does you can enable logging of Windows Firewall to see what
traffic is being dropped at the time of the failures for clues as to what
needs to be added to the firewall exceptions. It is also possible that an
internet router needs to have port forwarding enabled if the traffic is
using the internet.

I have tried disabling the windows firewall and strangely enough I
still get the same error msg, I enabled a firewall log of dropped
packets, here is a short summary from it:
