I have to read a lot of .eml files daily. The files are
uploaded in IE. I was able to do that directly in IE
without having to download them to the local workstation
and opening them in Outlook Express
which is what I have to do nowadays after installing an IE
security update this summer. I vaguely remember it dealt
with mhtml. At the time of the update installation, I
tested viewing the .eml files with and without the update
and found the update disables viewing the .eml files
inside IE (it puts "mhtml:" in front of the URL in which
an .eml file is stored).
Anybody experiencing the same & know how to correct this
without uninstalling the security update?
Can't give the ID of the security update because there are
so many of them nowadays.
