Unable to use the Remote Desktop

The remote desktop is unavailable on my target and I have found that there is
a key setting in the Terminal Server Remote Desktop component -
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\fDenyTSconnections -
that controls this behaivour. This key is correctly set to 0 in the component
settings but on the target it gets set to 1 and thereby denying a connection.
Resetting the value back to 0 makes it work. Does anybody know how to fix
this???

I did not have to mess with my settings.
Mine works rather well.
Only thing I had to do was to set up a username with a non-blank password.

Soren,

There is a similar key in 'Windows logon' component. Since windows logon
builds after Terminal Server Remote Desktop, the setting in the former
overrides the setting. so set it at windows logon or as extra registry

Sankar,

What "similar" key you meant?

In SP1 the fDenyTSconnections value only belongs to the "Terminal Server Remote Desktop" component.
