Enable: Allow users to connect remotely to this computer form Target Designer

hello everybody!!!

In may image if I go to: System/Remote and enable the "Allow users to
connect remotely to this computer" i can conncet with my "administrartor"
users. (this is OK)

But, how can i enable this option form the target Desginer.

I have the terminal services core component "Allow users to connect..."
enabled, but nothing.

i have also tried adding extra reg data
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal
Server\fDenyTSConnections = 0

but nothing, any idea???

(note: the "allow remote assistance invitatioons..." in the system control
panel, appears disabled to)

1) Target Designer contains VB-scripts which only works properly if you use
an English Windows XP Version (Regional and Language Options -> English Menus
and dialogs). The script is running at the end of the build process and can
change different settings (e.g your extra reg entries).

2) Another method: If this is already your language, you can create a
generic FBA command, which adds the registry key during installation.
