HELP!!!
I was getting an error message "spooler service not turned on" when trying
to print so i ran my Epson printer disk to try and correct problem. That
ended up installing a copy of the epson printer. Per epson techincal support
i tried to remove all epson properties & it will not delete the copy of
epson. So they told me to try to restore the system which brings me to my new
problem.
No matter what day i choose it comes back saying it was unable to restore.
Please help...anyone that can!!!!

Hi,

This can be an indication of a corrupt restore point. Disabling and then
enabling System Restore normally corrects the problem. But in the
process all restore points are lost.

How to Disable and Enable System Restore

To maybe avoid this make sure the system is virus/malware free. Then
retry System Restore.

Another option would be to reduce the space System Restore uses to store
restore points. This should be done in small increments while trying to
perform a restore in between. As it's reduced the oldest restore points
will be deleted. System Restore requires all previous restore points to
complete the restore, so there's a chance the corrupt restore point will
be deleted and allow the restore proceed.

How to Adjust the amount of disk space System Restore uses

thank you for all of the info.
I did the disable and then enable of the system restore. how do i go about
getting the epson file deleted now? It is the copy that was placed on here
and i cant get it removed??
thanks again
