unable to use appointment form says not available

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, Rd Warrior asked:

I finally found it right click on my calendar properties
Then in first (general) tab it will show how to post calendar
Change form Im to form, another screen pops up choose form then ok
Then new screen will pop up standard forms library high-lite appointment
then open then apply
