I am getting a Microsoft Office Outlook Error:
Cannot update the appointment because the corresponding item in the folder you synchronized does not match this item. To Resolve the conflict, open the item. Do you want to open the item now?
I have been getting this error on Outlook 2003 & Outlook 2007 installations with many different hardware configurations. There are a few common denominators that are the users receiving this error do have Delegates setup, there is a custom Form on the outlook appointment. I have been able to reproduce this error with a Blank custom form attached to the appointment so I know that it is not the actual Form causing the issue.
I have heard that there is a Hot-fix for both Outlook 2003 & 2007 available but I am unable to find it on Microsoft's website.
