Unable to upload pics to Webshots, need help!

I have been able to upload pictures to my Webshots album in the past, but not
now. About a year ago I was able to upload pics to my Webshot album. I
tried the other day and it's not happenin'. Instead of my pic, I see a blank
square with a small red "X" up in the corner of the square.
I have Windows XP. I've already accessed the Q&A on Webshots and I've
tried again, still nothing. I don't get an error message, because it
completes the procedure.
ANY SUGGESTIONS, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

Is there something on my computer that would keep me from uploading pictures
to Webshots?? In January I added EZ Anti-Virus software.
