unable to uninstall software

Hi there people,
I am running on Vista Home Premium. I am having soem issues trying to
uninstall Adobe Photoshop and Age of Empires. No matter how many times I
click on remove the program is still there? I've tried removing it with
Windows Installer Clean up and creating a new user account but the program
still keep on popping up.
Anyone have any ideas?

You could try reinstalling the software and then uninstalling it. And
sometimes software suppliers have dedicated uninstallers you can download
from their sites to clean up any remnants. After that run Regedit and use F3
to search for strings that should find the registry entries to delete -
after backing up everything and the usual caveats and discalimers of course.
Good luck.
