Unable to turn off rich-text editor

I am unable to turn off the rich text editor. I get an error bar saying
"Click here to resolve the issue" Clicking there I just get the previous
message and still the rich text editor on.
Help!

I'm sorry, but I don't quite understand what you mean by "turn off the
rich text editor". Could you explain a little better what is happening,
please? Also tell me the malware/virus status of your computer.
