unable to stop certain services

Hello Everyone,

When I try to stop telephony, I get an error saying that it didn't respond
to the stop request in a timely matter. Also the Remote Access Connection
Manager will not stop as well. Am I missing something?

Double-click on Telephony and select Dependencies - and you'll see why.
