Unable to start Outlook Permission require for file Outlook.pst

I am using a computer Adminstrator Account. Recently I install some update to
WindowXP using auto update. When I open my outlook2002 I got an Error message
saying that service denied, require permission to access the file
Outlook.pst.
Plse help !!!
 
It sounds as thought that personal folder has a password associated with it
