When satrting the IE an error message popped up, the error signature was:

AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106 ModName: seng.dll
ModVer: 1.0.69.13 Offset: 0001acf0

Anybody know how to fix it?

Thanks in advance for your help!

To test with: Disable third-party browser extensions in Internet
Explorer
1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click Internet Options.
3. Click the Advanced tab.
4. Under Browsing, clear the Enable third-party browser extensions
(requires restart) check box.
5. Restart Internet Explorer.

If this helps, read here for further troubleshooting:

I too receive this message always after looking at one or
two windows in IE. Makes me mad and why can't the
Microsoft site seem to have an answer???

Get Spybot S&D and Ad-Aware and run a scan. Still does not help..? Download Hijackthis from http://www.merijn.org/ and send me the LOG file.
