unable to set single lin

I am trying to get Outlook 07 to not display the text from the message body
in the pane above the preview pane. The area where the subject, sender,
sent, etc are displayed is displaying the text from the message body as if
it were in the subject.

I know it must be simple but can't seem to find the setting.

Are you using the "Messages with Autopreview" view or just "Messages"?
