Unable to send (sometimes)

Only on occation I am unable to send E-mail. There seems no reason. If I
attempt to send 2 or 3 times it will finally send. Any ideas?

The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

Does this happen only when you're away from home?
 
This happens wherever I am but not all the time. I am on broadband but it
also happens when I am on WiFi. Sometimes it happens with or without an
attachment. I have "Send Immediately" checked. Sometimes it is sent and
sometimes I need to attempt several times to send then it will.

Does this happen only when you're away from home?
