Unable to send/receive e-mail with cached exchange mode on

Clients are unable to send/receive mail when cached exchange mode is turned
on with Outlook 2003. We have an Exchange 2000 Server w/ SP3. I know it is
not an issue with Outlook because it happens to everyone and we have all the
latest updates for Outlook installed.

This problem occurs for all users. As soon as you uncheck the box to use
cached exchange mode and restart outlook all the users e-mails appear, but if
you turn cached mode back on they are unable to send/receive any e-mails.
Cached mode is something we would really like to use.

I have searched this problem with no luck. Any help would be GREATLY
appreciated.
