| As far as I know it is a regular User account, the same kind of
| account that you have when you first set up an account in OE or
| Windows Mail. I did a manual setup. SP info for incoming and
| outgoing is correct.

| ISP = Verizon
| AV = NOD32 Paid verison, No email scan
| Error = None, it just won't send, just sits in the Outbox
| Add-Ins= None

| I just set up the account this afternoon, and I can receive fine,
| just can't send. I did recieve a test a Microsoft test message after
| it was first set up to let me know it was there, and I recieved it in
| my WinMail account. But, it won't send any user messages.
