unable to send mail with windows mail

my windows mail has stopped sending emails for me. I have an aol account that
is set up on it and it used to work but not now.
The error message is:
An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'Emailing: Virtual-Hideout ADATA 2GB
Mickey Mouse USB Drive Review', Account: 'windows mail', Server:
'smtp.aol.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '554 TRANSACTION FAILED,
AUTHOR CAN'T SEND ATTACHMENTS', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error:
554, Error Number: 0x800CCC6F

Any help you can give would be appreciated
