Unable to Send - Error Message

Since signing up for a new DSL service, I keep getting the following error
message when trying to send e-mails from outlook express.

It doesn't happen everytime, but so often it is annoying and has become a
problem.

When using a Yahoo mail account I have no problem sending.
I have x'd out the real address for security, otherwise this is the actual
message.

The message is:
The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by
the server. The rejected e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'. Subject 'Fw:
(no subject)', Account: 'pop.voyager.net', Server: 'mail.voyager.net',
Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 5.7.1 <[email protected]>...
Relaying denied', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number:
0x800CCC79

Any suggestions will be appreciated, I tried the DSL provider but they
weren't too helpful

Open OE, Tools/Accounts. Double click on the account in question and click
the Server tab and check "My server requires authorization" and click on
Settings and choose the first one: "use same settings ..." and see if that
doesn't help.
