Unable to send email

My ISP is comcast but I use yahoo as my email account. I have the new Windows Vista (Windows Mail) and can't figure out how to send emails!
 
Almost exactly as in Outlook Express. Is Yahoo a POP account?
You could also just use Windows Mail. Keep Yahoo for the junk.
