unable to send email to specific email

I am unable to send mail to anyone bearing the same last @-------.ca. My
internet provider claims things are working fine on their end and my personal
address is working fine. My company has tested it from their work site and
all is well. Only seems to be from my new Toshiba laptop. Toshiba claims is a
Microfsoft problem. do not receive ANY notification that the email wasn't
sent, on my end it appears all is fine but no one bearing the @----.ca
receive anything. Can anyone help???
 
What email program are you using?
What firewall are you using?
Check both for any rules that look a bit like *.ca as this would be the wild
card that blocks .ca

With more information we can help a little more.

Uninstall Toshiba's SMS program.
