Unable to send email from Outlook 2003

I am unable to send email from Outlook 2003. I have set up my email
account in outlook and tested it by sending and receiving the test
email.

However, when I compose an email in outlook and send, I immediately
get an email from System Administrator with subject of Undeliverable.
I also disabled NIC and tried, but no luck.

I am able to receive mail.

Any help would be appreciated.

Assuming that you have applied SP1 for Office/Outlook 2003, can you turn on
diagnostic logging, duplicate the issue, and post the OPMLog. This
diagnostic log will give us a clue as to what is going on.
