Unable to send 'e' mails

Using Outlook Express, or Microsoft Outlook, I am unable to send 'e' mails
via my ISP which is o2, I always get the same error message that states that
'one of the recipients was rejected by the server', there is other
information in the error message but it ends with Error Number: ox 800ccc79
I still receive 'e' mails and can access the internet without problem.
My server says that the problem lies in my own equipement, but having been
through whatever problem solving methods I can find within the opperating
system, it cannot find a solution.
This problem has been current for about 6 weeks, prior to which everything
was fine, I have made no changes to my system, and virus checks indicate no
contamination.
Can anyone help?
 
Check if you have any firewall or antivirus install on the computer.If you
have uninstall and reinstall it.
