Unable to send E-mail links girectly from IE 6.0 through Outlook 2002

If I try to send a link from Internet Explorer 6.0
(Selecting File, Send, Link By E-mail)through Outlook
2002 I get an error that says "Outlook blocked access to
the following potentially unsafe attachments:......url"

Is there a certain setting that I need to make? Can
anyone else do this?

Please advise. Thanks.

URL files are blocked by default for security reasons. For more info on this
and how to unblock;

There is also a nice tools which adds the URL in the message instead as an
attachments so the receiver doesn't have to unblock url's. Please read the
readme in the file and modify the reg-file when needed;
