Unable to send and receive mail on outlook express

Hi,
I am using XP home edition and using norton firewall.
Lately i am unable to access to my service provider email
using outlook express. The error message that i am
getting is "The host 'pop3.singnet.com.sg' could not be
found. Please verify that you have entered the server
name correctly. Account: 'pop3.singnet.com.sg',
Server: 'pop3.singnet.com.sg', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11004, Error Number:
0x800CCC0D" I checked everything is in order. Any
suggestions.Thanks

Your settings are wrongly entered. Tools, Accounts, Properties, Servers and
correct .They should be:

Local Connection Settings (When you are in Singapore)
Incoming Mail (POP3) Server:

pop.singnet.com.sg
(apply to all users including mbox users)

Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server:

mail.singnet.com.sg

Global Roaming Connection (When you are Overseas)
Incoming Mail (POP3) Server:

pop.singnet.com.sg

Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server:

mail.singnet.com.sg
