Unable to send a replied to message

If I reply to an email and 'send' it, it stays in my outgoing mail box. If I
type the reply as a new massage or if i prepare any new message it sends
properly.
 
Are there any error messages/numbers when you try to do a send/receive with
those particular emails?
 
No - there are no messages. If I try to forward or reply to an email it
simply stays in the out box.
 
Are you actually viewing the send/receive progress indicator to make sure
there are no error messages? Can you also check your Application Event Viewer
for any errors related to Office please? If there are any, please post the
EventID and source.
Please also provide the version of Outlook you use, the email environment
(Exchange, POP3) and if you use a PST or not.
