Unable to see all PCs in My Network Places

Hi,

Recently I found out that I am unable to browse all PCs in
my network places. I have tried to restart my DNS and my
WINS server but still does not help.

Appreciate someone can advise.

Thanks.

To start DNS has nothing to do with network places, that is a NetBIOS
function.
Make sure NetBIOS is enabled over TCP/IP (WINS tab) and if the PCs are on
different subnets that WINS is configured.

Hi, we have not make any changes to the servers as
everything was still fine a few days back. We used to
encounter this problem before but it will self resolved
the next morning. So I am wondering if there is anything
that we can do to improve this problem.
Regards.

Hi,
On top of what I mentioned, I think this got to do with
the master browser. How can I determine my domain
controller is the master browser now?

Thanks.

What errors are in the Event logs?
The DC that holds the PDC Emulator role will be the Master Browser.
