Unable to Save

My MM2 begins saving fairly quickly, and then it hits about 68% and the
minutes estimated to save keeps going higher and higher. My cpu usage is
very low and I've tried changing the virtual memory and defraging and other
such suggestions. Is there a way to up my cpu usage when using MM2? Maybe
I'm doing something wrong or reading something wrong, but I just can't seem
to save a project as a wmv file! Help!

Oh, and this is a 4 min project that I've already split and am trying to
save in clips. So right now I'm trying to save a 2 minute movie and it's
taking over a hour!
