unable to save userid & password

I am clicking on the Save userid & pword box, but it's not working. I always
have to re-enter both when publishing. Any idea why this is happening? I had
to reinstall FrontPage 2003 after formating harddrive. UID & PWord save
worked fine before the reinstall.
