I cannot save changes to existing documents or new ones in Word now--"save"
or "save as" doesn't do anything. I checked my preferences in
options--nothing seems unusual. Any ideas?

Hi Graham--

Yes, Word has been activated but my atempts to save by using SHIFT+File then
Save All does not work. I am nervous about editing the windows registry, but
if that is my only option, ok.

Editing the Windows registry as described in the linked article only works
is Acrobat 7 (the full version - not the reader) is the problem. I don't
have Acrobat 7 to check, but I hear there is a switch in the program setup
to turn off the add-in. Maybe Acrobat 7 users could comment?

If this isn't the issue - see
