Unable to save image attachment.

A colleague has sent me a picture of a postage stamp,
I can see the image on my email,
but when I try to "save as"
I am informed "cannot find the file specified"
any ideas please?

Best to post your question in the appropriate newsgroup. What do you use as
an EMail program? Outlook? Outlook Express? Incredimail? GMail? Other?

In this case an Outlook Express newsgroup is where you find the OE experts.
 
just a FYI
the image was embedded in HTML

Tools/options/read/read all messages in plain text
open email
right click image and "save as" to harddisk
