unable to save attachments

When I click on the attachment (paperclip), opens and show the jpg but is
grayed out as well as the save attachment grayed out.
Unable to open or save.
Would appreciate your assistance.

Sorry that I wasn nto clear on the problem.
I did correct the problem. It appears that after installing a program, the
file associations were changed.
I removed the new program and all is well.
