Unable to run Photoshop CS3 as Administrator

Platform: Vista Ultimate x86
Software: Photoshop CS3 Extended

One of the plugin requires me to run Photoshop (PS) as Administrator. But I
get security message "An unidentified program wants access to your computer"
each time and have to click "Allow" in order to run PS. It started to annoy
me to no end! I don't understand why Vista see PS as unidentified software?
How to work this around? Thanks in advance.

Why wrong? This has nothing to do with Photoshop. I just don't know how to
configure UAC to work with Photoshop and other software. After about 3
months with Vista there's no way I'm turning back to XP. Thanks.

It's wrong because this newsgroup is for questions about security in Access,
the database product that's part of Office Professional.

Try reposting to a newsgroup related to security in Vista, like
microsoft.public.windows.vista.security

Ok, thanks. Sorry about the mixed up.
